Intimate — six apartments in one building
Nova Dębova is a single building at 3 Dębowa Street in Kielce: six apartments across four storeys, one staircase and one lift that reaches all the way down to the car park. At this scale the common areas stop being merely a circulation route — there is enough of them for everyone, and it shows that they were designed rather than ticked off.
The impression starts in the entrance hall: a pale terrazzo wall with the backlit NOVA DĘBOVA lettering, ring pendants overhead and full-height glazing opening onto the greenery behind the building. The staircase keeps the same palette — stone floors, a lift clad in champagne gold, apartment doors in oak veneer.
Six apartments ranging from 38.86 to 97.48 m² mean six different layouts: from a compact one-person unit to a nearly hundred-square-metre apartment with three bedrooms and two balconies. No layout repeats itself in the building.

Everyday comfort
Below the building there is an underground car park on level −1: seven parking spaces and a storage room. From the car park you step straight into the staircase — by lift or on foot, without going outside, which on a rainy day with the shopping makes all the difference.
Every apartment has its own outdoor space: an 82.41 m² garden on the ground floor and balconies from 8.66 to 17.28 m² everywhere else — M04 has three of them, M06 a balcony and a terrace. The balustrades are finished in dark obscured glass — it screens the interior from the street without taking its light away.
The two apartments on the top storey are split-level. The bedroom moves up onto a mezzanine, which gives the living room the full open height of the roof space. Both data sheets also allow other layouts — the mezzanine can be divided into two rooms or built out as a bedroom with a bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. A form that fits the street
The massing is decisive without being loud. A copper-toned frame outlines the elevation and holds together two planes: a dark clinker brick wall and pale stone-coloured panels. A steep dark roof with a broad dormer crowns the whole — and it is behind that dormer that the top storey with its mezzanines sits.
The choice of form is not accidental. Dębowa is a street of low, quiet buildings, and the pitched roof and brick let the new building settle into its character rather than compete with it. The number 3 set into the clinker beside the entrance is the only flourish this elevation needs.
